My first impression of Beyond Two Souls

After completing Heavy Rain I was excited to find that Quantic Dream had made another game. I pop it into the console and start up the game.

Here are the things I like about the game so far:

1. The game looks beautiful just like Heavy Rain.
2. The characters look so realistic
3. Jodie's superpowers I mean come on how awesome is it to mess with people in that game and wreak havoc on the unsuspecting characters of the game

Beyond Two Souls is a ps3 exclusive so sorry xbox people you're out of luck.

Here are the things that I don't like about the game so far:

1. The "plot" Beyond Two Souls switches back and forth between three different periods in Jodie's life, and without warning you never know when in her life the storyline will take place so you're utterly confused.

2. The concept of Aiden. Aiden is supposed to be this entity that was connected to Jodie since birth giving her her powers. What kind of entity is a purple string? What does Aiden look like?

3. Poor Voiceacting. I'm sorry but so far the characters sound like they're bored out of their mind and that they're just reading the script.

4. The controls (Anyone that has played Heavy Rain knew this was coming)
If you had told me that Quantic Dream would come out with a game with controls that are even worse Heavy Rain I would have thought that you were crazy before picking up this game. The controls don't work even when you do the movement required, and the slow reaction time can cause you to mess up.
I was excited to find out that Quantic Dream had come out with another game. This was not what I was expecting.
